Measure the conditions.
Make an informed next move.
A defined seven-day power quality assessment with professional analysis, documented findings and prioritised recommendations for your commercial or industrial installation.
Excluding VAT, travel and subsistence. Site suitability, access and written scope confirmation required before appointment.
Professional analysis.
Not just an analyser on site.
You are buying a bounded professional service: measurement, review, interpretation and a documented basis for deciding what to investigate or address next.
Evidence first. Conclusions within scope.
The assessment addresses the conditions actually recorded at the agreed point. Findings, data gaps and limitations are stated explicitly. Recommendations distinguish what the measurements establish from what still needs investigation.
Seven days is the package duration—not a promise that every intermittent fault will occur or that every cause will be resolved.
A clear scope. A useful technical record.
The quotation defines the measurement arrangement, agreed assessment parameters, reference criteria and included analytical allowance before mobilisation.
Measurement record
Measurement configuration, instrument identification, probe details and calibration documentation.
Data-quality review
Recording completeness, data-quality checks and stated exclusions so the report’s evidential boundaries remain visible.
Voltage-quality assessment
Assessment of the agreed voltage-quality parameters against the applicable reference criteria identified in the statement of work.
Disturbance review
Review of recorded disturbances and relevant event waveforms, subject to the instrument configuration and available records.
Load & demand assessment
Load, demand, phase-current and power-factor assessment at the agreed measurement point.
Operational correlation
Correlation of recorded conditions with operating information supplied by the client.
Prioritised recommendations
Measured findings are distinguished from hypotheses and matters requiring further investigation.
Report & briefing
A technical report, executive findings and one client briefing. Report delivery and briefing arrangements are agreed before mobilisation.
A structured investigation pathway.
The monitoring period and report milestone are separate. Timing for mobilisation, report delivery and the briefing is agreed in the quotation.
Agree the scope
Confirm the site, measurement point, concerns, reference criteria, operating information and analytical allowance.
Deploy & record
Document the measurement configuration and instrument details. Undertake the agreed seven-day recording period, subject to site access and conditions.
Review & assess
Review recording completeness, agreed parameters, captured events and client-supplied operating information.
Report & brief
Deliver executive findings, technical assessment and prioritised recommendations, followed by one client briefing.

Agree site responsibilities before deployment
The accepted quotation or statement of work must allocate responsibility for safe access, site authorisations, equipment security, damage, loss and delays. No unagreed risk allocation is implied by this page.
Provide the operating context
Supply relevant operating schedules, disturbance logs and available installation information. The report identifies the information received and the limits on correlation where it is missing.
Changes require written approval
Relocations, additional points, extra site attendance or analytical extensions are not presumed included. Any scope change and its charges must be approved before the additional work proceeds.
Managed service ≠ equipment hire
Equipment-only hire is offered under a separate rental agreement. Where a client takes custody of an analyser, rental responsibilities must be explicitly documented.
Clear answers to important questions.
Does the package guarantee that the root cause will be found?
No. It assesses the recorded conditions within the agreed scope. Intermittent events may not occur during the seven-day period, and the available evidence may not establish a unique cause. Further monitoring, additional measurement points or specialist investigation may require a separate quotation.
Is the report delivered within seven days?
Seven days describes the package monitoring duration, not a guaranteed report turnaround. The report milestone and briefing arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.
Which standards or limits will be used?
The applicable reference criteria, document editions, assessment parameters and measurement location are agreed in the statement of work. The report distinguishes the purpose and applicability of the criteria used; this product page does not promise universal compliance certification.
How much analysis is included?
A defined analytical allowance is included and must be stated in the quotation before appointment. No fixed number of hours is advertised here. Work beyond that allowance requires written approval at R1,250 per hour excluding VAT.
Does the package include mitigation design or a utility dispute?
No. Detailed mitigation design, equipment specifications, procurement support, utility meetings, dispute support and expert-witness work are separately scoped and priced.
Can I book or pay directly on this page?
This page requests an enquiry, not payment. The measurement point, instrument suitability, access, analytical allowance, programme and commercial terms must first be confirmed in a written quotation.
What happens if the recording is incomplete?
The report identifies recording completeness, exclusions and limitations. Any response to interrupted access, data loss, equipment damage or delays must follow the agreed contract. An automatic free extension or repeat deployment is not promised on this page.
