Before any training can commence, we will need to do a needs-analysis to determine what you want to achieve with this training and specifically identify the skills or knowledge your employees, and your organization at large, need to accomplish.
Although our training needs-analysis is usually undertaken by learning and development teams in partnership with management and partners throughout the business, we would endeavor to obtain as much information as possible during an hour-long online Teams meeting. The information that we gather during that meeting would help us to put forward synopsis of what we understand to be your requirements for the training and would then form the basis further discussions, perhaps an in-person discussion, the design the training according to your needs. Once that is done, we will provide you with a quotation for the specific training session.
