Due to the nature of the services and digital content we provide, which include the transmission of valuable intellectual property, all sales are final.
Non-Refundable Services (Advice and Consulting)
Once advice, consultation, or strategic guidance has been delivered by Agulhas Utilities Corporation (Pty) Ltd, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in effect because:
- Intellectual Property Transfer: The service delivered involves the transfer of our proprietary knowledge, expertise, and strategies, which constitute valuable intellectual property (IP). Once this information is conveyed, it cannot be effectively “returned” or retrieved.
- Irrevocable Value: The value is received by the client immediately upon the provision of the advice, regardless of whether the client chooses to implement it.
Non-Refundable Digital Products (Documents and Downloads)
Purchases of digital products, including but not limited to templates, reports, guides, or any other downloadable files, are non-refundable. This policy applies immediately once the document has been accessed, downloaded, or sent to the client.
- Irreversible Access: Digital files are accessible instantly upon purchase. Due to the difficulty of verifying the complete and permanent deletion of downloaded content, all sales of digital files are final.
- IP Protection: These documents contain our intellectual property and copyrighted material.
Client Responsibility
By purchasing our services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review the description of the service or product before making a purchase.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that Agulhas Utilities Corporation (Pty) Ltd cancels a service before any advice is delivered or before a digital product link is sent, a full refund will be processed.
